Something you can make with graham cracker crumbs
Origin
Graham cracker crumbs are derived from graham crackers, which were created by Sylvester Graham, a 19th-century American Presbyterian minister. Graham believed in a vegetarian diet and promoted the consumption of whole grains. He developed graham flour, a coarsely ground wheat flour with the bran and germ intact. Graham crackers were originally made from this flour and were considered a health food during Graham's time. Over the years, graham crackers became popular as a snack and ingredient in various recipes. The crumbs are made by crushing graham crackers into small pieces, which are then used as a base for pie crusts, toppings for desserts, or as an ingredient in other baked goods.
